Clear terms for your promotion.

1. The service

BidRush is an advertising leaderboard. Advertisers pay for a promoted listing, which may include a display name, headline, description, category, artwork, and a link to an external website or social profile. The price and bidding rules shown during checkout apply to that promotion.

A successful payment does not guarantee views, clicks, followers, leads, sales, or a particular business result. Rankings can change as later promotions are accepted. A listing’s position and visibility depend on the current board rules and moderation.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live, have authority to accept these terms, and provide information that is accurate. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.

3. Your advertisements

You keep ownership of the material you submit. You give BidRush a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that material only as needed to review, publish, promote, and operate your listing and the service. This permission ends when the material is removed, except for copies kept in backups or records as described in the Privacy Notice.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your text, logos, images, and links; that your claims are accurate and not misleading; and that your listing and destination comply with applicable law. Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or malicious content, or content that exposes visitors to malware, phishing, or unsafe downloads.

We may decline, pause, edit for technical formatting, or remove a listing when reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or maintain the service. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or repeated violations. Moderation may affect a listing’s position or visibility.

4. Payments, placement, and refunds

The total price is shown before you continue to checkout. Payments currently use Stripe Checkout when available. Stripe handles payment credentials; BidRush stores the amount, payment status, and transaction identifiers needed to confirm and manage the promotion. A listing is activated only after the payment provider confirms payment.

If a bid becomes stale before the payment is confirmed, BidRush’s current payment flow requests an automatic refund after the successful payment event is received. Other completed placements are not automatically refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or did not receive the placement you paid for, contact us promptly. This does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. A refund or payment dispute may result in the associated placement being suspended or removed. We do not promise to restore a position after a refund.

5. Nonprofit use of advertising profit

BidRush’s stated policy is to direct all net profit from advertising to KOMG, the nonprofit; no portion of that net profit is intended for the operator’s personal use. Net profit is determined after refunds, payment-processing charges, and legitimate operating expenses.

Buying a listing is a purchase of advertising, not a charitable donation by the advertiser. It is not represented as tax-deductible, and BidRush does not issue charitable donation receipts for ad purchases.

6. External links and images

Listings can link to third-party sites and load logos or artwork from external image addresses. Those sites are operated by others. We do not control or endorse their content, privacy practices, products, security, or availability. Use them at your own discretion.

7. Changes and availability

We may update the board, its pricing and ranking rules, or these terms. For material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice where required. We may suspend or change features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Nothing in these terms removes rights that mandatory local law gives you.
